What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback, otherwise known as neurotherapy, is a type of biofeedback that utilizes EEG or neurological viability. Generally, neurofeedback uses a monitoring device that shows and records the data gathered by the electronic sensors that are connected to the patient’s brain. It calculates the percentage of the areas of the brain. It also provides feedback to a set of brain waves or assesses the brain waves functioning. The 30-session neurofeedback program of Neurocore, 84 percent of its patients suffering from depression show reduced symptoms while 51 percent of the patients show that they are no longer inclined to the mental health illness. The company also uses neurofeedback in treating anxiety, stress, child, teen, and adult ADHD, sleep problems, and autism spectrum disorder. Learn more about Neurocore at Crunchbase.
